Fitness Groupies - the Fun Way to Work Out

Updated: Nov 27, 2019

Who wants to go it alone. We are social animals, we love sharing and we love being part of something.

That’s why Group Training makes so much sense. The moans and the groans, the wins and the highs – are all made so much better when you’ve got someone to share them with.

The thought of getting out of bed or dragging yourself into a gym session after work, can be daunting; but when you’ve got people to catch up with, goals to meet and fun to be had in a group – it’ll really get you motivated.

And isn’t that really the biggie in the battle to keep fit? The motivation to keep going? A group environment is really just a big pot of motivation. If you’re having a down day there are others there who are feeling up. They’ll make you laugh at your funk and bring you back into a positive mind set.

Besides that, you are accountable – and accountability gives you something to answer to – an incentive to keep going. You are accountable to yourself and you are accountable to others, they’ll want you there as part of the team – a team is about showing up, not dropping out.

Besides that, Group Training is affordable. Compared to Personal Training sessions it’s a no-brainer. And just think, not only do you get professional instructions (and attention) from your Group Trainer, you get to meet like-minded people and may form new friendships.

When it’s said and done, Group Training makes a whole heap of sense. Whether you’re a first timer just starting out or a dyed in the wool fitness fanatic – Group Training is a real buzz. David Middleton runs some of the best Group Training sessions in the Sydney’s Inner West, you’ll get all the personal attention you need to get in the swing of things – and you’ll get to have loads of fun with a great group of people.
